For me, architecture is about challenging the ordinary, exploration, and functionality. At the very least, architecture should also be considerate, interesting, and exotic.
I believe that architecture impacts, and is influenced by, environment, context and culture. The site can never be underestimated; I try to connect to it and use it as a starting point for each design project. Architecture should provide a high level of year round comfort for inhabitants; both physically and spiritually.
I specialise in sustainable, energy efficient, low-energy architecture and enjoy working co-operatively with my clients to ensure a satisfactory progress and outcome for all.
