Marcia is a professionally qualified Architect, recently registered at the Ordre des Architectes d'Ile de France, also a member of the RIAI - Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland. After finishing her MSc in Sustainable Development at Dublin Institute of Technology, she has been specializing in Energy efficiency in buildings using tools such as Passive House certification and Solar Hot Water systems.

She has recently joined the fast growing Private-Homes Real Estate Services in Paris, France, where she is going to develop the Brazilian Investments in French Real Estate market.

Previously, she has set up Key to Green design solutions, a consultancy company focused on residential retrofit for energy efficiency and comfort.

Previously, Marcia served as an Associate Architect at RO'BH Architects in Dublin, Ireland, where she accomplished many architectural commissions form inception to completion, delivering projects on time and on budget.

Originally form Brazil, Marcia attended Mackenzie University in Sao Paulo, where she studied Architecture and Town Planning and earned a Bachelors degree with honours in 1998.

Marcia's core expertise includes Sustainable Design, Architectural planning development, Feasibility studies, Construction procurement, Tender process, Cost and Quality control and Project Management.

In her personal time, Marcia enjoys reading, travelling, design, architecture, arts, music and people.
