I have recently graduated from GMIT with Bachelors of Science (Honours) Degree in Architectural Technology. I have an extensive knowledge of building regulations, construction technologies, detailing, AutoCAD, and Revit. I have a keen interest in BIM and produce all my work in Revit 2015, examples of my work can be seen below. I also have an interest in building energy performance analysis and have knowledge of Autodesk Green Building Studio, WUFI and various building energy performance software.
I have also wrote a technical report entitled "The use of BIM to analyse the energy performance of a retrofit of an educational building in Ireland (Building and Civil Department - GMIT)" which is looks at the energy performance associated with a retrofit of an educational building and the use of BIM and various energy analysis software to help compare energy savings associated with the retrofit and to help achieve the desired level of energy performance within the building.
