* Affiliate member of Society of Engineers - UAE.

* Approved Engineer with Dubai Municipality for 'Unlimited' Structures and Buildings.

* 12 years total relevant experience with extensive structural engineering design and analysis of different type of structures and buildings.

* Registered Civil Engineer - Philippines (2002) - top 10th placer out of 5,000+ examinees.

* Site supervision background: provide technical recommendations and solutions to problems, review of shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, and RFI.

* Computer literate, familiar with the structural analysis & design programs such as Etabs, Safe, Prokon, Staad, Sconcrete, Tedds, SAP2000, HILTI Profis, and detailing tools such Autocad and 3D Modeling (BIM) such as Xsteel, Tekla, and Revit Structures.

* Excellent skills in developing excel spread sheets for writing design programs & calculations (with visual basic application).

* Familiar in using International Standards and Design Codes such as ACI, British Standards, IBC, UBC, ASCE, and others
