Josh graduated from ITT Tech with a GPA of 3.58 in the spring of 2013, looking for Drafting and Design work in the architectural field.


I am able to perform design illustrations from the initial concept to production with the use of computer programs creating drawings.
• Including the development of floor plans, elevations, and projection principles.
• Incorporating foundation, elevations, wall sections, HVAC systems, and roof framing details.
• Managed taking field measurements and updating CAD and Revit models.
• Setting up square footages for buildings and figuring the buildings core factor.
• Familiar with BOMA standards.
• Creating Revit families and importing them into a project.
• Incorporating material specifications, legal and building code requirements.
• Prepare drawings of weldments, threads, fasteners, springs, molds and various other mechanical systems.
• Able to make and read blue prints
• Experience at drafting commercial construction documents
