With over 13 years of architectural experience as Senior Architect/ Projects Manager in multi-disciplines architectural/ engineering firms in Saudi Arabia, Egypt & GCC. Lead more than team up to 80 Engineers in projects worth of $550 million/project in cooperation with top international firms as AECOM, CMD, RTKL, WATG and JLL on several design stages starting from pre-concept, concept, design development, construction drawings and tender documents. Extends to construction inspection, contracts management, procurement management for design sub consultants.

In addition, I have a solid experience in business development, liaison with clients, municipalities, authorities, permits procedures and both of local building regulations & international building codes.
