This two screen cinema hall theater is dedicated to showing Indie movies. Designed by a filmmaker/fashion designer, the setting both outside and inside exude sensibilities of the understated indie movie genre. Regulars at this cinema house are more "cinephiles" than "movie-goers" where art meets chic guests such as people in the industry, filmmakers, writers, and the likes.
Details such as the concession stands and how the items are displayed inside also evoke artistry in the ways they are composed, displayed, and hand written as if every detail was thought through and intentionally expressed artistically. Food choices themselves take on the likes of Waldorf salad and steak frites, rather than the usual nachos/popcorn.
Once inside the theater, major architectural elements such as walls and curtains are all painted black with wood theater seats upholstered in deep red which help visitors focus on the screen while continuing to enjoy the hip ambiance.
