This project located in the heart of the historical center of the city, succeeds in being respectful to the historical buildings that surround it with its modest height and austere facade- a translucent copper mesh that cloaks the brick-clad concrete building. The theater is the centerpiece of the "Alley of Culture", which considers a series of cultural buildings in the same area; the consecutive buildings create a path from the Cathedral of Saint Cecilia to the Rochegude Park.
The theater's position and shape allowed the creation of two small public spaces in-between, thus connecting the project to the neighborhood. The entrance of the building is glazed, to welcome the visitors and integrate the city into the building; the restaurant on top allows the visitors to gaze at the rest of the city, acting like a viewpoint.
