Tencent Seafront Towers - Concept Design

This skyscraper will be the new headquarters for Tencent. The design intent was to create a campus for this company within an urban setting, except that the campus will be distributed vertically. In order to balance all the company space, the programs are distributed throughout two towers that are connected at three different levels.

By strategically rotating the towers, coupled with modular shading system incorporated into the curtain wall system, this building is able to reduce energy consumption by more than 40% from a typical office tower standard.
