This mixed use podium provides retail, dining and conference spaces that connect both residential and commercial neighbors. The facade is made of stone and glass where the stone clad is articulated in chevron shaped vertical panels that connect from the base. Structurally, this building uses composite concrete core with steel outriggers to anchor 8 super columns.
