The store's location, surrounded by an eclectic variety of architecture, predisposed its clean monolithic shape: the architect wanted the building to stand out in a sea of clashing elements, and by making it cleaner he managed to do so; the project's shape acts as a beacon for pedestrians. The double volumes that comprise it are also a product of the site: the lot is legally divided into two different plots; the architect managed to integrate this characteristic into his design. The interior, mostly consisting of architectural concrete, responds to the store's clientele, young uprising people and mature settled people; by playing with the building's already existing dualism, they mix a rawer and edgy design on one side and a more polished one on the other.
