The architects aimed to provide better working conditions by humanizing not only the building and the spaces within, but also re-prioritize the typical working conditions of the 19th century factory model - where they solely prioritized productivity above all else.
The major move behind this endeavor was the blending of the surrounding jungle by creating bright spaces with landscape and vegetation embedded into the architecture such as the facade as well as its interiors. In order to create better working conditions, this project also embedded sustainability features and practices such as the use of rain water, sunlight, the wind, geothermal heat and vegetation in order to make this building a sustainable factory as well.
