The Padre Renato Poblete River Park is a sustainable urban public space intervention with a goal to help rehabilitate the banks of the Rio Mapocho which were rendered in unfavorable conditions due to their industrial uses. This river park mimics the flow and pattern of a river with walkways that weave in and out of spaces like water filled streams. Elevated walkways bridge the gaps over the river, taking a occupant from one side of the river bank to another.
