Lilypad: Floating City for Climate Change Refugees - design concept

Inspired by a waterlily, these floating "Lilypads" have zero emission by using solar, wind, tidal and biomass technologies that will produce its own energy as well as process CO2 in air through its titanium dioxide skin.
