Victor Emmanuel II Monument

Built between 1885 and 1935 to honor King Victor Emmanuel II of a newly unified Italy, and also known as the Vittoriano or Altare della Patria, this monument and shrine stands 81m tall and has a 360° public viewing deck on its rooftop.
