ShopTop Composite Tops

For years of lasting strength and rugged treatment, the ShopTop® composite top sandwiches a medium-density fiberboard (MDF) or lumber core between two layers of .5" industrial grade particle board. Both core types offer superior screw- and rivet-holding characteristics. The top and bottom layers are seal coated with catalyzed clear lacquer finish to resist conventional spills. The non-conductive, splinter-proof benchtop is 30 percent harder than maple.

Standard .375" radius top and bottom front edge with no charge options .75" radius or 180 degree bullnose edge. Available in 1.5" thick with MDF core or 1.75" thick with either MDF or lumber core. Drilling, mitre joints, angle cuts, additional clear lacquer coat and various packaging options available.
