SL60 is a thermally-broken aluminum framed folding panel system, featuring both top-supported and floor mounted options. This system features large overall sizes up to 8' 6" tall and up to 39' wide. It is appropriate for residential application. SL60 has been tested by an independent lab for acoustical performance for STC and Rw values of 36 with raised sill and STC 38 laminated glass. The system meets the German "DIN EN 1191/12400 Classification", where a unit is tested after 20,000 opening and closing cycles and is still functional. SL60 is thermally broken with a wide polyamide plastic reinforced with glass fibers. This thermal barrier provides increased strength, superior humidity control, improved acoustics, and energy savings.
