Johns Manville ComfortTherm® batts and rolls are plastic-wrapped for dust-free, itch-free installation. JM ComfortTherm® batts and rolls are wrapped in plastic for less itch and dust during installation. Their core is a Formaldehyde-free™ fiber glass insulation with R-values up to R-30 (12 inch thickness) and superior acoustical properties to reduce sound transmission through interior and exterior walls, ceilings and floors. The product is available with a vapor-retarder plastic facing or with a plastic facing that does not act as a vapor-retarder for use in attics and walls in hot, humid climates. Pre-cut batts fit standard wall cavities and are faster to install than roll products.
