premium interior / exterior alkyd (oil base) primer for use on new or previously painted woodwork and siding including plywood, particle boards, oriented strand board and dimensional lumber. It is formulated to prevent staining and tannin bleeding on painted woods such as Redwood and Cedar. It provides optimum sealing, stain blocking, adhesion and holdout properties. It resists peeling, cracking, mildew and provides an excellent base for subsequent top coating.
