Chem-Pruf fiberglass FDA/USDA door systems are perfect for applications that must endure repeated washdowns and rigorous cleanings with corrosive compounds such as acids, disinfectants, cleaning solutions, spermicides and scaling acid and bleach.
Chem-Pruf's FDA/USDA accepted doors also comply with NIH Standards and when desired are available with up to 90 minute UL label for fire rating.
Door Panel - The FDA/USDA doors are 1-3/4" thick and are manufactured using a specifically tailored resin that resists contaminants typically found in food processing applications. The seamless construction eliminates crevices, gaps, seams and other areas where potential bacteria buildup can occur.
