I hate that it encroaches the sidewalk. Why doesn't it encroach on the roadway? Drivers need to be paying more attention, anyway.

That looks like something you'd find in a public restroom toilet. It isn't even facing the road. People turn to look at the monstrous billboard on the right, and fail to see that the driver in front of them just hit their brakes... Too late! I predict that in 5 years more money will be spent on insurance deductibles in that general vicinity than on the billboard itself...
