Every major engineering firm has facades groups - TT, Arup, BuroHappold, Schlaich and so on. Then there are specialized firms like Heintges, IBA, Front Inc and the like. I believe there is also a school in Augsburg that offers a facade engineering master degree.

Arup has an entire subdivision dedicated to facade design and engineering. Based out of SF I think.
