Producers of prefabricated wall elements?

Good Afternoon. I am working on the project. Case - construction of public facility with prefabricated elements of wood and concrete. I am doing the analyses, therefore my question is: Do you know good source/producer website to see tested products (with some drawings prefarably) for this matter? Any information is appriciated.
